  • Working principle: Driven by a motor, the upper and lower pressing rollers rotate relatively. The metal sheet is fed between the pressing rollers and is pressed into the required corrugated shape or other specific shapes. For example, when a flat color steel sheet is put into the tile press, after being extruded and shaped by the pressing rollers, it can become a color steel sheet with a specific corrugation or shape.

    • Sturdy body: The main machine “body” is made of “cast steel” without welding. The whole machine will not be deformed due to “stress” caused by welding. At the same time, it also greatly extends the service life of the “main tile mold”; the “pressure cylinder and main tile mold” of the main machine are bound to four solid guide hydraulic pillars by “guide sleeves”, and the “main tile mold” runs vertically up and down without vertical deviation, which protects the vulnerable parts of the main tile mold.
  • Uses: Roll forming machine produced color steel products are widely used in industries such as construction appliances and transportation. In the construction industry, it is mainly used for roofs, walls, and doors of industrial and commercial buildings such as steel structure factories, airports, warehouses, and freezers; relatively few color steel plates are used in civil buildings.
  • Types: Common types include 840 type, 900 type, 550 type, etc. Each type can produce color steel plates of specific specifications. For example, the color steel plate produced by the 840 type tile press has a corrugation spacing of 840 millimeters, and the color steel plate produced by the 900 type tile press has a corrugation spacing of 900 millimeters. In addition, there are special types such as double-layer tile presses and three-layer tile presses. The double-layer tile press can be switched between high and low racks to produce color steel plates with two different contours, saving equipment floor space and increasing output.
  • Operation precautions:
    • Before using the roll forming machine, check whether all connections are firm, whether the installation bolts and nuts are tightened, and add sufficient lubricating oil to the left and right cases.
    • Turn on the power and start the roll forming machine for test runs. First, run it empty and observe carefully. Check for vibrations, noises, whether oil comes from the oil window, and whether all parts move in coordination. Only after everything is normal can the mold be installed.
    • When installing the mold, the power must be cut off. Manually move the motor belt or large gear to rotate the worktable and raise the slide to the highest point. It is best to support an object between the worktable and the bottom surface of the slide to prevent the slide from falling naturally and causing an accident.
